Here's what we learned:
- There are 10 teaspoons of sugar in a can of soda!
- Read it, before you eat it, CHOMP CHOMP (check the label)!
- You are what you eat....food!
- Soda can rot your teeth!
- Exercise at least 1 hour every day!
- Sparkling water added to juice is a healthy version of soda!
